Group 1
Adventure Activities – Today was children’s choice. They get to choose their favorite games.
Stories and Drama - Children celebrate the publishing of
their book as they read their books either together or to each other.
ART Today
in Art class, both red and yellow classes will be finishing up any unfinished
art projects in their art folders. They will also make thank you cards with
colored paper, tissue paper, cellophane paper and felt from the recycle
box.
GAMES AND MOVEMENT Day 10 Theme: Fruit of
the Spirit
We will discuss about "fruit"
inside us and how we can show them to other people

Adventure Activities - As it
was the last day of summer program, we played a variety of games that students
wanted to play such as musical chair, musical corner, old man's swamp and
charades and many more if time allowed.
Stories and Drama – Today,
the class will be acting out the story of Blueberries for Sal and possibly
saying farewell.
MUSIC - Today the students reviewed all the
songs they’ve learned.
GAMES and MOVEMENT -. Today
we will be playing catch ball. There will be a student in the middle with the
ball. Other students will be hiding but if the student in the middle is seen
and caught, they will need to sit in the middle until another student pushes
the ball away from the student in the middle. This will illustrate that we
cannot hide from God as he can see everything.
ART – On
Friday, we will be decorating a "holder" for our clay pots. They will
be brought home today, along with any other small pieces of work. We've
had a wonderful, creative 2 weeks!
