Movement and Coordination
Today in class we revisited the star jumps exercise for warm ups. Once we finished warmups, we learnt how to perform the chicken dance along with the music video. We then ended the day with a game of "Red light, Green Light".
Exploration
Today we looked at the letter "L" and learned about light. We compared different light sources made by God and by man. We also learned the colors of the rainbow and the order of the colors.
Music & Game
Today, we learned about loud and soft volume. The children practiced clapping, singing, and playing instruments with different volume levels.
Arts & Crafts
Today, we made Lemon for the letter L. The children glued a big letter L on blue paper and then add 3 lemons and decorated them.
Drama
Today in Drama class, we learnt about the letter K. K is for kangaroo and many more words too. We read 'Does a Kangaroo Have a Mother Too?' by Eric Carle and we acted out the different animals mentioned in the book. We also read 'Kitten's First Full Moon' by Kevin Henkes.
