Around the World in 10 days. The students were Photo Detectives: Today, we studied photos from famous cities from around the world. The students had to then put the photos away and answer questions using clues stored in their memory. Great fun, and working in groups got the kids interacting and they got to know each other.
Unlocking Your Brain Class. Today the students learned about being mindful, i.e. properly processing sensory input rather than reacting automatically and fearfully.
Middle School Drama worked on mini acting challenges today. The focus will be to use the whole body, voice, and face to express feelings and dialogue in a creative way.
Today the Potpourri Classes built and launched balloon rockets. What fun!!
